Went The Extra Mile
Facility clean and well-kept. I rented the unit right before Christmas, and when I was leaving the ‘3’ on the exit keypad didn’t work without multiple attempts. I was going to be moving in while the office was closed for the holiday, and the holiday would interfere with getting it fixed. The manager called me a bit later that day and gave me a new code that didn’t contain a ‘3’ so I wouldn’t have any trouble on move-in day. I really appreciated that, and am a happy customer.
